| A new vinification and storage cellar | |

In order to continue to increase our quality wines and quality service, the Domaine Servin is currently increasing its vinification and storage cellars in Chablis. The builders have already started laying the foundations. The new cellars will be large to 295 mē with a capacity of 2 400 hectolitres, all of which will be entirely temperature controlled and also specially designed to welcome the public. |
| The existing vinification area will be transformed into the bottled storage area. These changes will increase the storage capacity from 40 000 tio 200 000 bottles. These works will continue for 6 months and will cost 1,8 million French Francs (280 000 Euros). |
